We have a one-time return and exchange policy which you can avail of within seven (7) days from the shipment date except for items that are already on sale. You may return and exchange your product if you got the wrong size, color or style.
To avoid getting the wrong size please refer to our size guide.
However, we will still need to confirm the availability of the style, color and size of the product you wish to exchange. Simply fill out the contact form and let us know if you want to exchange your product.
If seven (7) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the hang tag/s fully attached.
Before returning the product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can discuss your concerns and check the availability of the item you wish to exchange. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once this is confirmed, you may ship / return the product back to us.
Please note that you will need to shoulder the shipping costs for the exchange/ returns.
You can exchange the product but we do not allow a refund except when we delivered the wrong item, size or color.
Only regular priced items may be returned and exchanged. Unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
We only replace items if you got the wrong size, color or style. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com so we can address your concerns.
To return your product, you must contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive instructions for shipping.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
