Customer Service Hours
- Our customer service hours is between 10am to 10pm, Monday to Sunday. For inquiries via email or private message, make sure you send it during this time.
- Our online store is open everyday from 10am to 10pm, however, items can only be shipped from Mondays to Fridays. We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. We cannot deliver orders on the same day as of the moment. Orders placed before our 2pm cut-off time are shipped on the same day. Orders placed after cut-off time are shipped the next day.
- The choice of courier will be at the discretion of Love Curves PH. The shipping rates shown during checkout is our set standard rate and is not the shipping rate offered by our choice of courier. Our shipping rate includes the courier's shipping fee, company's processing fee and other miscellaneous items that incurs cost in the process of shipping. In the event that the first choice of shipping courier has been changed, it is our discretion to decide on an alternative. The choice of courier will ultimately depend on the efficiency and timeliness of shipping process to ensure that you will receive your order at the earliest possible time.
- We have a one-time return and exchange policy which you can avail of within seven (7) days from the shipment date. You may return and exchange your product if you got the wrong size, color or style.
- To avoid getting the wrong size please refer to our size guide or you may message us for assistance.
- However, we will still need to confirm the availability of the style, color and size of the product you wish to exchange. Simply fill out the contact form and let us know if you want to exchange your product.
- If seven (7) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the hang tag/s fully attached.
- Before returning the product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can discuss your concerns and check the availability of the item you wish to exchange. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once this is confirmed, you may ship / return the product back to us.
- Please note that you will need to shoulder the shipping costs for the exchange/ returns.
- You can exchange the product but we do not allow a refund except when we delivered the wrong item, size or color.
- All paid orders are considered final. There will be no cancellations and refunds once orders are confirmed or paid.
- We only replace items if you got the wrong size, color or style. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com so we can address your concerns.
- Items priced from 500 below cannot be exchanged.
- To return your product, you must contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive instructions for shipping.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
